Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the guidelines and standards for the use of Upnet Hosting’s services. It is designed to protect the integrity, security, and reliability of our infrastructure and ensure that our services are used lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. By using our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of services, as outlined below.

Our Enforcement Actions
Upnet Hosting reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and respond to any potential or actual violations of this Policy. In most cases, we will first contact the client to notify them of the issue and allow them a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We may:

  • Suspend services temporarily during an investigation or due to emergency abuse cases.
  • Restrict access to or throttle resources if suspicious activity or abuse is detected.
  • Terminate services with or without prior notice in the event of severe or repeated violations.
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
  • Cooperate fully with external investigations regarding abuse or misconduct linked to our infrastructure.
Our goal is not to interfere with legitimate use, but to ensure a secure, fair, and stable environment for all clients.

Use of Services
Clients must use the services provided by Upnet Hosting in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This obligation extends to any third parties, end users, or clients to whom the Client resells or grants access to Upnet Hosting resources. By using our services, the Client and any such parties explicitly agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy and the Upnet Hosting Terms and Conditions.

Reselling of services without explicit written authorization from Upnet Hosting is strictly prohibited. All services are intended for the direct use of the registered Client, and not for redistribution or resale as part of any commercial offering unless expressly permitted by contract.

  • Physical tampering with colocated equipment or bypassing network rules is prohibited.

  • Distribution of content designed to defraud, mislead, or exploit (e.g., phishing pages, scamware, fake investment schemes) is forbidden.
